Agar Boba, also known as Crystal Boba or White Pearls, has a jelly-like texture with a soft chew. Each translucent sphere is immersed in sweet syrup with a subtle citrus flavor.

Our "Agar Boba" is an alternative from traditional boba pearls, it's precooked and ready to serve. Simply open the air-tight container and enjoy it immediately. It is a perfect topping for bubble tea, frozen yogurt, shaved ice and other drinks/desserts.
